Bruce Christian Boeger, Chair
Bruce Boeger is the chair of The Leadership Forum, an Executive Roundtable established for CEO’s, top level managers and business owners. With 28 years of corporate executive leadership with a Fortune 100 company, Bruce brings a wealth of experience to his roundtable members in the areas of strategic planning, marketing innovation, leadership development, executive coaching, win-win negotiations and team building. In his corporate capacity of serving over 1,000 independent business owners throughout the United States, Bruce had total responsibility for sales, market share, profitability, employee development and customer satisfaction in his region. Bruce was credited with envisioning and directing the company’s first fully integrated product launch team. Additionally, he was recognized for pioneering the company’s first Women’s Advisory Board.
Bruce’s motivation for joining The Leadership Forum is driven by a desire to share his experience by working with others. Specifically, Bruce’s passion is to help individuals and organizations reach their maximum potential. That passion is evident through the facilitation and presentations that he offers Forum members through the roundtable process. When working within client organizations, Bruce’s first priority is to develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Bruce then counsels his clients in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, management collaboration, business strategy, team building and conflict resolution.
Bruce enjoys working with clients who realize that the journey of personal growth is never-ending. He appreciates clients who are naturally optimistic while open to feedback and new ideas.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a MBA from Wake Forest University. Bruce also is a graduate of two Strategic Planning Programs held at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Bruce and his lovely wife Diane have been married for 28 years and have four daughters.
