Kyle Rank, Chair
Kyle Rank is Chair of The Leadership Forum, San Antonio, Texas, an Executive Roundtable for CEOs, top level management and business owners. Having been a licensed corporate attorney for the past 25 years, Mr. Rank brings a unique “legal”’ perspective in assisting clients with their business issues.
Mr. Rank was General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for several multi-million dollar companies, assisting each of these companies in achieving tremendous growth, by providing strategic planning leadership training and legal advice. He has extensive knowledge in entity formation, start –up companies, acquisitions and mergers, having helped establish over a dozen new enterprises.
Being an entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Rank was the founder and President of the largest independent title insurance agency in the State of Missouri, managing all aspects of the company’s daily operations, and guiding the company into a successful multi-million dollar company in 3 short years.
Mr. Rank has been a past instructor at the Missouri Land Title Association’s Agent’s Title School, a guest lecturer at the Nebraska Land Title Associations Annual Conference and has taught several Continuing Legal Education seminars for Lorman Education Services.
Among his other achievements, Mr. Rank was awarded a lifetime membership to Strathmore’s Who’s Who in 2003.
Mr. Rank received his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, and his B.S. in Telecommunications from Michigan State University. While at MSU, he also participated in a Mass Media overseas study program at the University of London, UK.
