"Successful Selling for Entrepreneurs: Helping Customers Buy" is a one day workshop that will help the participant match his or her product or service's features and benefits with the needs of potential customers.

This three-module workshop addresses how to:

   1. properly prepare for a sales call

   2. make a successful introduction, investigate the needs of the customer, and then make a presentation that leads to a commitment to buy

   3. follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
