The Business Optimization Roundtable gives owners and leaders in businesses (both small and large) a powerful yet simple way to diagnose and improve their business by looking at all aspects of a business—the culture, plans, structures and systems as well as your market and competitors.
The process will interweave all these elements into an understandable picture that reveals the cause and effect relationships between problems, and uncover key opportunities. Eleven “accountability” modules (6 hours in length) are delivered every other month to focus on one aspect of the organization, plus time is spent creating and following through on your action plans.
